Work In Progress
I consider myself a citizen of the world due to my diverse family background. Born in Paris as a Dutch citizen, I moved to the United States at the age of 11 where I attended the French American School of New York (FASNY). After 3 years at FASNY, I moved to Ridgefield, Connecticut and attended Ridgefield High School which I graduated from in 2010.

I recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Linguistics and Psychology. My interest in this field stems from my heritage and my curiosity for multiple cultures and languages.
Growing up with such a diverse background allowed for my fluency in multiple languages which include French, Dutch, English and Spanish. Linguistics was an ideal way for me to explore even further how these languages have affected my life and what function these languages have in society.
